See the latest movies under the stars at the Botanic Gardens
The Sunset Cinema is coming back to the Australian National Botanic Gardens, for a month of summer fun on the Northern Eucalypt Lawn. Take a blanket and a picnic and make a night of watching the latest release movies under the stars. There will also be a range of snacks, popcorn and food stalls there on the night to keep you stocked up. If you want to upgrade your seating, then purchase the Lawn Lounge package with blow up air lounge, popcorn and a 4 Pines beer or glass of MadFish wine. There is also the option of hiring beanbags and backrests when you book your ticket online, with kids beanbags also available. Kids movies are The Secret Life of Pets (18th November) and Storks (16th December).
Gates open at 6:30pm. Screenings commence at last light which, during November in Canberra, will mean movies will start at around 8:15pm and gradually get later as the season moves into December. Tickets go on sale Monday, September 19th.
