With the temperature warming up and sales increasing in shops around Australia, it can only mean one thing; Christmas is on its way!

And to celebrate the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) proudly presents the Spirit of Christmas on December 9-10, QPAC's long running concert series getting patrons into the mood for Christmas.

The Spirit of Christmas is over two hours long and will share your favourite Christmas carols from Away in a Manger, Hark! The Herald Angels Sing, Joy to the World, to uplifting songs in Jingle Bell Rock, White Christmas and Here Comes Santa Claus as well as inspirational messages on the true meaning of Christmas.

For those wanting to get in touch with the Christmas spirit and unite with other members of the community, this is one holiday event not to miss.

Tickets are affordable for all and start from $22 for children to $35 for adults.

For more information on the Spirit of Christmas, visit the QPAC website.
