What do hip hop and math have in common?
If you grow up in WA and feel at home treading the boards, the lure of the Eastern States is pretty tempting.

But what Perth performers are starting to realise is we offer singularly brilliant opportunities right here, especially during 2021, to perform.

This year, something like 85% of Fringe World Perth shows are showing off the talent of our own state including The Show Biz School - which showcases some of the next generation of WA born and bred superstars, and you'll be blown away by how incredible that home-grown talent is.

Besides the space for our younger Perth artists to flex their (feet?!), The Show Biz School World Premiere offers something spectacular for children in the audience, too. Of course, like with all Fringe shows, they'll feel entertained and inspired, but the premise of The Show Biz School is also to let the audience connect with the performers on stage - because they're just like them!

The Show Biz School performers are kids of all shapes and sizes, all with different abilities and specialties and you can see just how much fun they're having up on stage. Who wouldn't want to get involved in performing arts after seeing that?

There's a second aspect to The Show Biz School and the clue is in the name! By connecting each act with a traditional school subject, such as aerial silks with physics, the audience absorb the lesson a whole lot easier.

It's school, made fun!

With acts ranging from dance to singing to acrobatics and with loads of humour, energy, and amazing skills thrown in, there's a little something for everyone at The Show Biz School.

Some shows are already sold out but there are a handful of tickets for Opening Night Saturday 16th January right here.
