A corner shop that's not? The Shop isn't on a corner but lucky for us it is right in the middle of Coolum. The Shop is located on David Lowe Way, opposite the Coolum Surf Club.



The Shop sells sensational coffee, tantalising food and an impressive array of organic, local and unusual fare. The coffee is a locally roasted, locally owned, organic blend. The owners say it is awesome and I can attest to that too.



Their shelves stock local, gourmet, organic & gluten free products as well as conventional groceries. Locally made products include delicious jams, paleo crunchy muesli, sensational yoghurts, fresh produce, even bio-degradable disposable nappies. Certified organic goods include breads, eggs, fresh produce, milk, yoghurts, crackers and loads more.



The gluten free range is always expanding with breads, biscuits, cakes, pasta, sauces, pizza and even ice-cream. The Shop is also a sub-newsagent selling all the major newspapers.



Seating outside is undercover and casually inviting with pockets of tropical plants amidst the funky coloured chairs and tables.



The shopkeepers obviously enjoy their work and make you feel right at home. If you are after locals who know their beans, then this is the place for you.
