Like a mirage in the desert, the Semaphore Palais rises up from the sand dunes of the beach, an oasis for summer revellers and beach-lovers alike.

Whether you are looking for the perfect place to have dinner on the beach, want to sit back with a cocktail and look out onto the ocean, are planning a function or just want somewhere to dance on a Saturday night, the Semaphore Palais has something for everyone.
With different areas to suit every need and all occasions; a gaming room, grand ballroom, alfresco area, lounge bar, beachfront bistro and live music and DJs every weekend, the Palais is the heart of summer.
The 90 year-old iconic hotel has been recently renovated, rejuvenating the seaside palace and adding life to the bay. Situated off the jetty and right next door to the Semaphore Summer Carnival, with summer approaching you can't look past the Foreshore's most recognisable hotel.
For weddings, special birthdays or functions the Palais' ballroom faces toward the horizon, spoiling your guests with ocean views and beautiful sunsets.
There are function packages for every budget and the waiting staff are professional with a corporate-beach style uniform that fits the function area perfectly. The Palais offers several menus to suit different occasions, choose from the pub-style main menu, a two course $30 set menu or a three course $50 set menu.
DJ's David Campbell and Ali B get the dance floor pumping on Friday and Saturday nights and there are live bands, like South Australian icons Clearway and the Flaming Sambuccas, every Sunday from 4pm.
Home may be where the heart is, but the Palais is where the party's at.
