The science of coffee revealed
This special event will be presented by La Trobe University.

Physicist Dr. David Hoxley & Coffee Scientist Dr Monika Fekete will join forces to explore what makes coffee taste the way it does. They will be ask Why does coffee grind size matter? And how does the temperature and salinity of water impact on its taste?

This event will include interactive morning workshops and tasting for adults and curious kids alike. Step on down to the MPavilion this Saturday!
