Guess what the 'FL' stands for? Bar staff will leave you guessing unless you come up with a good attempt.

The Rook, a cosy little eatery hidden behind a corporate entrance; but once your'e whisked upstairs and step out of the lift a squeal of delight may just escape you.

The cocktails are delicious. Try The Calligraphy and write your loved one a message in red on top of the white whirl. Order one - you'll see what I mean.

For dinner I had the Beetroot Arancini with whipped goats curd, the truffle fries and a beetroot salad. Yeah, I love beetroot!

My dining companions all ordered burgers and judging by the silence around the table from first bite until about five minutes in, they were all great too.

Nobody tired the lobster. Maybe next time. Does it come with beetroot?

And watch out for the gin week.
