"I would like, if I may, to take you on a strange journey.""The Rocky Horror Picture Show is returning home to the Regal Theatre this summer!For one night only, you are invited to enjoy the popular cult classic on the big screen. This is a licensed event and dress-up is highly encouraged."It's just a jump to the left."To get the party started, Blue Raine, an Adelaide based duo, will perform a special set at 8.00pm. Blue Raine fuse a blend of 'remixed' modern material, with classic hits from as far back as the 1950s.The duo consists of Jaymi Humphreys and Simon Jones, both classically trained musicians who aim to breathe fresh new life into arrangements that have stood the test of time, while retaining the charm of the original artist.Their sound is quite unique - Jaymi has a sensational, seductive voice and can sing everything from classic soul to jazz standards to modern pop. Simon plays a 'synthesised guitar' which provides a huge selection of live sounds – ranging from acoustic to orchestral, bass and percussive.Following their performance, it's time to do the time warp again with Dr. Frank-N-Furter & co!Enjoy The Rocky Horror Picture Show as it was meant to be seen at The Regal on Saturday 9 February 2019.
