Food lovers, rejoice. Come every Friday between 10am to 4pm, The Rocks comes alive with some culinary delights. A great place to either buy some lunch, or take a few treasures home. is usually on every Friday, unless advised otherwise.

Jack Mundey Place (on the corner of George and Argyle Streets) enables Sydneysiders to enjoy the great outdoors, and even on a great day. No need to worry about the corn on the cob on Fridays anymore. Even more tempting, the Guylian dessert bar isn't too far away from you. is just right outside this place.

Apart from quality farm produce, you can treat yourself to one of these ice cream looking cupcakes with the traditional icing and sprinkles, otherwise known as 'Mini Monet' cupcakes. So unique, yet those childhood memories come back. One bite of heaven indeed.

Otherwise some organic herbal tas can also be purchased here. If tea is not your cup of tea (sorry, bad pun) some organic coffee substitues are also available. Children's tea is also available.

Moving on, I tried some pistacchio hand made chocolates that are only $2 each. The best gourmet chocolate at any fresh food market in Sydney, and they easily look like Easter eggs, even tastier. This stall also makes coffee and walnut chocolate pieces.

Otherwise the usual jams and spreads can also be purchased here. Anyone with a passion for fine food will love it here, and you're in and out rather quickly.

also paves the way for a quality lunch experience. Lowerbrau and Hero Sushi have stands here as well. Enjoy. It can easily feel like the Good Food and Wine Show is on every Friday on this end of town.
