The Provincial Hotel is a joke. The service always bad and rude. I went there for the advertised Sunday Roast and had to search for someone who worked there to serve me. When I finally found someone they said it wasn't on because they were busy Saturday night. What the hell has how busy they were Sat night got anything to do with a Sunday Roast?? Before this I waited for 5 mins at the bar and no-one showed up to serve. This is typical of this place. The only reason I went back was because I heard there was a change of management and chef but it seems the Provincial Hotel still ONLY remains good as a meeting spot
