A Gloriously Twisted Comedy Cabaret
Drags Aloud are Australia's first international drag show and they've taken their Award winning style of comedy drag performance from sell-out shows at Edinburgh Fringe Festival and London's West End, through an extended season Off-Broadway in New York to Perth in WA's gloriously sunny west with The Priscilla Experience.
Australia's fabulously camp, and deliciously funny Drags Aloud are in Perth for the world premiere of their latest gloriously twisted comedy cabaret The Priscilla Experience.
With drag queens permeating every aspect of the media, Drags Aloud decided that The Priscilla Experience should be exposed for what it is: men in frocks miming songs and having way too much fun. Prepare for laughs and sacred cows mooing their last.
This group of drag queens long ago forgot how to take themselves seriously, but they know that professional theatrical presentations are no laughing matter.
Unless of course it involves homage, satire, parody, glamour and the iconic "miss"- representation of classic Australian Drag Shows wrapped up in a knowing performance that will seduce audiences into whoops of laughter and plenty of hand-clapping and joyous sing-alongs!
