This weekend, come and explore an exciting collaboration of experimental printmaking and dance.
Dubbed 'The Print Harvest and Jo Naumann Curren', this unique event is curated by Jo Naumann Curren and Jane Palmer and features the participation of Adelaide based students, the newly graduated and young and emerging artists.
The performance piece was inspired by a shared love of the traditional printmaking skill at the Adelaide College of the Arts Printmaking Department.
Collaborator Jo Naumann Curren, an independent artist, aerial dancer and performer, was particularly intrigued as to whether the printmaking process of transformation could be translated into physical movement.
In 'The Print Harvest and Jo Naumann Curren' the audience are invited to view an interactive performance and the resulting exhibition.
The performance itself changes and grows organically, as it brings together the elements of performance, space and interaction in a new interactive setting.
'The Print Harvest' is designed to test the boundaries of traditional visual arts and dance and offers the audience a new creative experience.
