Breakfast is possibly the greatest meal of the day, so why not make it a big event? When it comes to a big breakfast, there's never any question of where I want to go: in Maroubra. With stunning views overlooking Maroubra Beach, backpacker waitresses, and absolutely scrumptious food, it's certainly a great place to spend your weekend (and money!).

There's free parking right across the road, allowing easy access to the cafe. If you're not quite ready to leave after eating, you can take a leisurely walk down to the beach and get rid of that food baby.

So the next time you have a craving to go out for breakfast, avoid McDonald's and head straight down Marine Pde to the Pool Cafe, and enjoy the carefree atmosphere that will take you away from any troubling thoughts. With the great prices, you won't even notice the money leaving your wallet.

I recommend the eggs.
