Great food & decor
Do you love the rural lifestyle and the feeling of small towns with lots of natural landscapes? If so, then Trentham will be a great day trip which you should love. Nestled midway between Woodend and Daylesford, around 1 hour and 15 minutes from Melbourne city, Trentham is a great weekend trip for the whole family.

Once you have finished browsing through the markets, which are held on some weekends or visiting the beautiful Trentham Falls, you may be in need of a nice warm meal.

Head to The Plough Trentham and you will not be disappointed.

You will find the restaurant at 31 High St, Trentham VIC 3458.

Inside the restaurant is warm and inviting. A large fireplace blazes to keep you nice and toasty as you enjoy your tasty meal. The interior is friendly and welcoming as are the staff.

The decor is clean and modern and the dining area is not to cramped, so you can enjoy your meal and a conversation in peace.

The menu boasts a wide range of food from starters/entrees including House-made terrine with chutney and crispy bread or Pan fried gnocchi with roast pumpkin, flaked almond and cumin yoghurt.
