The interior is a mix of rustic and modern elements creating a relaxing and casual environment to enjoy your food in. The restaurant was clean and tidy. In a show of faith that Gordon Ramsey would be proud of the kitchen was open to look into. Even if we would be upset there was no actual pickled duck on offer. Perhaps something for them to look into if they were to create even fancier gourmet burger options.
The menu offers something for everyone. It satisfies the burger lover, the pizza perfectionist, and even the dessert maniac in all of us. There are vegetarian and gluten free options available for those that require it.
While you eat you drink and The Pickled Duck delivers on drink choices. They offer a selection of wines, beers and ciders, as well as soft drinks, coffees and loaded milkshakes. Many of the wine selections are locally brewed.
Loaded milkshakes for those that don't know are often a meal in themselves and are sure to make other restaurant goers envious as it delivers to your table.
During busy-times loaded milkshakes can take up to 30 minutes but it is well worth the wait.
The Pickled Duck is a great choice for a casual dinning experience for friends or family. Although it can get a bit busy during normal meal times. The food is delicious and offers a range of choices to satisfy all pallets. So get quacking and get yourself there today for a swimmingly good meal*.
