Last Sunday looked like it was going to be another hot day and my wife and I decided to be lazy and that it was too hot to cook breakfast. I had heard of the Pepper Lounge at Jindalee from a friend and we decided to have breakfast there and then do the weekly shop and have a look around the DFO at Jindalee after breakfast. A quick phone call reserved our table for two outside the restaurant.
On arrival the table was duly waiting for us. The staff were quick to seat us, take our order and serve the breakfast. At all times the staff were pleasant and courteous. The food was reasonably priced and we both rather unadventurously ordered the cooked breakfast with tea. The food was wholesome, good value for money that is made with fresh ingredients.
Breakfast at The Pepper Lounge
Looking around the restaurant, the diners seemed content with their meals. The restaurant is child friendly and has gluten free options available on the menu. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The Breakfast starts at 8.00am and the restaurant is open to 5pm during the week, but stays open for the evening on Saturday and closes at 2.30pm on Sunday.
Outside Dining at the Pepper Lounge.
To sum up – we both considered the restaurant provided good quality food that was good value for money. We will definitely be happy to eat there again.
