Kingaroy is very famous for peanuts.
The Peanut Van was established in 1969 and can be found at 77 Kingaroy St. You can't miss it as you drive into town. It's a much-loved icon of the town and receives hundreds of visitors annually. From freshly roasted peanuts to peanuts in many flavours, there is something for everyone. Of course, there is also freshly made peanut butter for sale too. Many other towns around the area also have their own vans, so when you want to buy more tasty peanuts you can always stock up in another town.
