I'm a wannabe writer and amateur actor but fully fledged dog / animal lover living in sunny, friendly and pretty surprising, Perth.

I discovered a gorgeous gem of a cafe, hidden away in the foothills of Armadale in Pioneer Village. Organic, fair trade and busy on the Sunday I visited, too close to the closing time of 3:00pm, but they will do takeaway. I had an organic Danish pastry (yummy) and a regular skinny flat white coffee (in a very pretty paper cup), $9.90 for both which I thought was reasonable. And the coffee and the Danish were excellent.

Check out their website, which also gives you a downloadable menu.

There are large (and smaller) tables outside and inside there are some comfy looking sofas to while away a couple of hours. The shop is crammed full of organic products of just about everything including fruit, vegetables and meats.

So if you're looking for some hard to get organic product try the Organic Circle. They are very friendly and answer email enquiries as well.
