A gamers paradise and a blast from the past
Sometimes kids sum things up better than adults- "This is the coolest place" I heard one of the young boys who had just arrived at The Nostalgia Box say.

The newly opened video game museum in Northbridge is sure to be a winner with kids and grown ups.

Visitors are taken through the evolution of video games from the very beginning until more recent times.

For those who grew up with video games, part of the fun is coming across the consoles your family had or those you played on at your friends houses.

In addition to the historical side of gaming, visitors are able to get their hands on the controllers and play a variety of games from decades gone by.

Once you drag yourself away from the games there is plenty of cool merchandise to check out.

The Nostalgia Box is open seven days a week.

Entry is $14 for adults and $10 for children over five.

Amazing that they managed to get hold of a Magnavox Odyssey. Those things are pretty rare!
