The Nights - Arabian Nightmares No5
Henry Naylor is back with a new addition to his Arabian Nightmares series. Naylor started this series in 2016 with Echoes and has since gone on to win multiple awards across the globe including the Fringe First Award on 3 occasions. The Nights is the 5th entry in the Arabian Nightmares series, a series of standalone plays that delve into the troubling relationship between East and West, post 9/11.

The Nights follows Carter, an Islamaphobic journalist who suffered the loss of her colleague to ISIS extremists. On her path of revenge, she comes across a Jihadi bride looking to return from Syria. Carter wishes nothing but the worse treatment for the bride until an encounter with a troubled antiques dealer results in her questioning her choices.

Naylor's Arabian Nightmares series has been translated into 10 languages and gathered commendations from every place it encounters with his 2nd entry 'Angel' even making The Times 10 Best Plays of the Year list. Having run successful off-West End and off-Broadway productions Naylor is emerging as impactful playwright with a purposeful message.
