The Motor Room Hosts The Floating Bridges

A great venue hosts an awesome Sunshine Coast band this Saturday 30 January 2016.

Yandina born The Floating Bridges come back to The Motor Room at West End. Always a good night out, The Motor Room is intimate, dark and the sound reverberates throughout.

Yamini kicks the night off at 7pm followed by The Floating Bridges. Their grass roots alternative style is reggae rock with high energy. You can't have a bad night at one of their concerts.

Five guys in dreadlocks, head scarves and beanies jumping around with guitars and drums. They experiment with instruments and sound and have a lot of fun on stage. Check them on Youtube if you've never heard them before. Their stage presence is electric.

The Motor Room is in the heart of the Boundary Street Markets. Grab a quick dinner at the markets before a night of good music. The Motor Room is licensed with a bar at the opposite end to the stage.



Admission to this event is free, and The Floating Bridges should start around 8pm. The event is 18 & #43 ;.

The Motor Room is in the Boundary Street Markets, corner of Boundary & Mollison Streets, West End. Plenty of public transport is available if you don't want to drive.
