Located in The Mira Hong Kong, Cuisine Cuisine is a modern and fine-dining Chinese restaurant offering classic Cantonese and Chinese delicacies with a contemporary twist. Chef Edwin Tang served up his version of the Dan Dan Noodles. This savory and spicy Sichuan noodles is a classic street food made with red chili-oil sauce, minced pork, scallions and noodles.
Chef Edwin created a refined yet comforting bowl of soft yet chewy homemade noodles with layers of flavours. The rich Sichuan pepper and minced pork broth is accentuated by coarsely chopped to finely grounded peanuts.
