How to achieve Inner Peace and Emotional Balance?

It's easy to let life take over and before you know it you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed and inundated, The Mindful Journey experience is all about your wellbeing, encompassing mind, body and spirit. Take a deep breath and relax, feel the tension melt from your muscles and enjoy a clear mind free from worry. This is the positive effect of mediation.


As part of the integrative services is an introductory course to Meditation. The duration of the course is six weeks and is suitable for beginners and people wishing to get back into the routine of meditation. It is a small supportive group ideal to achieving the objectives.The course will introduce you to:

  • Basic breathing techniques
  • Meditation to assist with stress management and muscle tension
  • Guided visualisation meditation

It explores four specific styles of meditation giving participants the opportunity to discover the style that best suits their lifestyle. Bookings before the 1 July 2014 receive a 20% discount.Please contact the centre to make a booking.


Located in a tranquil environment ideal for a holistic experience, clients feel a sense of support and nurturing. Mindful Journey also offers healing treatments including Reiki; Holistic Counselling is available for private workshops as well as group work.
