The Market Shed on Holland Street brings back some warmth
The Market Shed on Holland Street has delighted the heart of Adelaide with a lively atmosphere, top quality produce and a great inner city location. Last year the Twilight Market was a huge success, where both visitors and stall holders had an absolute ball. For those who missed out last year; be sure to pencil this on your calendars and rug up to experience one of Adelaide's best winter events.
Saturday the 8th of July from 4pm to 10pm, The Market Shed on Holland Street (just off King William Road and South Terrace) will see a vast range of stall holders that will bring warmth to this nippy season. Last year's stalls included fresh organic produce; ethnic, vegan, organic and hearty food vendors; hand made crafts; skin care; home made cider; vegan desserts and pizzas; Belgium chocolate; boutique wines; tea; live music and ample seating.
Much more than a market, The Twilight Market is an all ages event which brings a warm spirited atmosphere into a rustic warehouse setting, creating the perfect spot for knock off drinks, a hearty dinner with friends or a great spot to hang out with a glass of wine and live music.
I have been there daytime and liked it...at night, with some warmers and good lighting,I can imagine it would be even better.Glad to know there is ample seating and with some not too loud banging music it should be worth visiting.
