Join Lucy Locket on her remarkable journey as she discovers the importance of being yourself and that there is only ever one of you in the whole universe!

Lucy Locket is a talented young girl with three very big problems - she doesn't know why kids are mean to her, she wonders why she's different and she doesn't know where she belongs.

Filled to the brim with creativity, originality, fun and joy, The Lucy Locket Shadow Puppet Show is sure to leave children feeling inspired, exhilarated and entertained.

The Lucy Locket Shadow Puppet Show is a motivational Australian mini-musical by Jodie Eva Cook , a professional children's theatre performer and published playwright, who has performed extensively both internationally and nationally.

Join Jodie and her very cute white rabbit, Lola, at The Ginger Factory, in this magical production of discovery on how wonderful it is to be yourself.

The Ginger Factory is proudly showcasing The Lucy Locket Shadow Puppet Show twice a day every week day over the school holidays and with FREE entry to The Ginger Factory and FREE admission to the show, The Ginger Factory should be on every parent and grandparents' holiday to-do lists.

Take a relaxed train trip through nine hectares of lush sub-tropical gardens on everyone's much-loved historic train, Moreton, who is now more than 100 years old.

Find out how bees make honey and what a day in the life of a beekeeper looks like at the live bee show and tastings (additional cost).

Plenty of free and fun play spaces at The Ginger Factory include a secure and undercover playground with tunnels, stairs, slides, windows for playing peek-a-boo and ropes for climbing. Look out for the giant Snakes 'n' Ladders game just outside Overboard, it's everyone's favourite!

Make sure to take some photos at the fabulous Rainbrella Project , where hundreds of colourful umbrellas form a spectacular garden walk canopy, symbolising a community of hope.

Pop into The Ginger Factory's very own Nursery, offering a fabulous selection of plants and flowers including the Sunshine Coast's best selection of ginger plants and famous heliconias (additional cost for plants).
