For all the people that do not believe the theory that humans came from apes, this book by Zecharia Sitchin is a must. It is a very difficult book to read because it is a direct translation of fourteen tablets excavated in Iraq at least 2000 B.C.
Sitchin and his team are the people that have translated a language that we cannot recognise. As such, we have to accept his translation at its merit.
Critics of this author have stated that he has deliberately misinterpreted many words/symbols so that he can make a theory of his own and sell books. In stating this, they do not deny the existence of these excavated tablets or its general contents.
I have chosen this book, rather than any of the other Sitchin books. This is, because, this book is a direct translation of the ancient text. There is no opinion. It is a story written by an alien from another planet, describing his race's visit to the Earth in the past.
Around 445,000 B.C. an alien race called the Anunnaki, came from Planet X or Nubiru, a planet within our solar system who orbit takes 3600 Earth years. It has a very elliptical orbit and at the moment it is beyond our telescopes. This planet comes close to the Earth every 3600 years and the Anunnaki then come to Earth to enlighten us and take whatever they need from us.
The main reason, they come to Earth is to mine gold. They need gold for their planet and they do not have sufficient stores. They came here and mined gold and shipped it to their planet.
But the process was tedious and the small workforce, eventually rebelled and stopped working.
Enki, who is one of the leaders of the expedition, is a scientist, miner and a geneticist. While he was watching out the window of his African laboratory, he got a brilliant idea. What if we genetically modify the primitive ape man on Earth with our own intelligent genes to make a slave, that can do all the hard work for us.
The idea was ridiculed initially, but the mining had stopped. Eventually, he got permission to genetically modify the DNA of the primitive Home Erectus, into the new species 'the homo sapiens" or thinking man.
This is, then, the missing link between ape man and humanity. It completely makes a mockery out of the Darwin theory that man evolved from apes. As radical as the above appears, we now genetically modify plants, to get a better look and larger crop.
