This really is a gem of a place and in my opinion, this gem shines and sparkles above any other play centre in Perth. It is unique and designed to bring the outdoors indoors.

What hits you when you walk in is how clean the place is. I thought it was brand new and we were the first visitors through the door, but it's actually been open nearly a year. It really is super clean.

This centre is ideal on hot days and rainy days and everything in-between! It is fully air-conditioned and even has big bi-fold windows at the front to let fresh air circulate.

The play area is fully enclosed with magna latch gates to gain entry and exit from the front main entrance.

There are different areas for different age groups, catering for babies to around age 12.

Babies have their own separate enclosed zone with various age-related toys and soft seating, with seating around the area for mums and dads.

Next to this area is the toddler zone where there is a play kitchen with play food, pots and pans, tables and chairs, a shop (complete with till), giant coloured abacus and a climbing structure with a slide.

There is a chalkboard too for any budding artists in this area.

Imagination rules here!

The whole play centre is dominated by the lighthouse and beach shack. Both these areas have slides and obstacles to climb on and up plus cubbies ideal to play hide and seek in.

The tunnel slide from the beach shack ends in an enormous, generously filled ball pit.

The beach theme throughout is just spot on and little touches like the blue and white balls which simulate the ocean mean you can escape the pirates, jump into the sea and swim away from capture.

The boat has been shipwrecked on rocks and marooned on a sand beach, a perfect place to build sand castles.

There are also big dinosaur toys to play in the sand; maybe you will discover some eggs hidden in the sand on the deserted island?

The other sand play area has some JCB diggers and a sand table with chained buckets to use.

I love the pelican who is watching over the area by the bird's nest swing.

The food deserves a mention because they have a Thermomix and make a lot of the food from scratch, which means no additives or preservatives.

We had kids pizza & chips, kids chicken nuggets and chips and a burger and sweet potato fries. The pizza sauce was homemade and my youngest commented how nice it was.

The kids meals are more than enough and come with a drink and a cupcake or ice cream, all for $12.00.

The burgers are $15 and all served with chips. Pizzas start at $13 and healthy salad options start at just $9. There are a variety of sandwiches and sides available and there is an All Day Breakfast menu too.

Hot drinks start from $3.50 and a small milkshake is only $3.

There are sweet treats available to buy, also squeezy yoghurts and baby foods plus ice creams.

Only food and drink purchased on the premises can be consumed at the venue.

Eat your meal whilst watching the big TV screen in the cafe area.

Now to the wonderful party rooms! There are three to choose from; Shipwreck Bay (pirate and Ariel themed room), Water Wonderland (Nemo/Dory themed) and the Minion Rave Room.

They are so colourful and the artwork is stunning. There was a minion party while we were there and there was a real-life minion joining in the party games!

The party food looked lovely and more healthy than what is normally served at these types of parties. Homemade hummus and a fruit platter stood out for me.

Shoes must be worn on all play equipment at all times and no food and drink to be taken into any play areas.

Weekdays are $3 for under 2's and $10 for over 2's.
Weekends and school holidays are $4 for under 2's and $12.50 for over 2's.

12 month memberships are available and are $100 for all ages and $50 for an additional child. Payment accepted by card only, no cash facilities are available.

It is worth the drive if you don't live near. The staff are really friendly and you will not be disappointed.
