The Hills Orchard Improvement Group has organised its 27th annual Karragullen expo for October 15, 2011, with an array of horticultural machinery and products on demonstration.

For families the field day is filled with outdoor fun and interesting things to do for all ages. Activities like fruit and vegetable kebab making, cooking demonstrations, pony rides, bouncy castle, go for 2 & 5 Marquee, and a raffle draw promise something for everyone.
Gates open 9am and entry costs $10 for adults, $5 for pensioners and children over 12 years $5, and kids under 12 years get in for free. Be sure to keep your eyes open for fresh fruit packs and assorted promotional material being handed out free of charge.

Established in 1984, The Karragullen Expo has evolved into a trade fair presenting a cornucopia of exhibits. The Hills Orchard Improvement Group endeavours to support modern fruit growing methods in the Perth Hills district. They have an enduring commitment to promoting nutritional awareness and maintaining a fresh and healthy balanced diet, in schools and in the community.
