New to the Moffat Beach scene, is The Jungle in Moffat Beach (same owners as The Pocket Espresso Bar, next door). The Jungle, already proving to be a very popular venue, is hoping to attract customers who are looking for snacks and drinks in lieu of a whole sit-down meal, but still have the opportunity to dine at The Pocket next door, after having enjoyed a bit of light sustenance first.



The Jungle is a cafe and bar sporting a laid-back tropical ambience with large tables, a bar area and comfy retro couches, ideal for those spur-of-the-moment get-togethers. Live music, DJ's, a funky retro arcade machine and games and faux grass-covered stools with views of the ocean, all add to the allure of a no-fuss, casual experience. The vibrancy and colour of the graffiti-styled funky walls - besides being a great conversation starter point - definitely give one the sense of a tropical oasis smack bang in the middle of Moffat Beach.



The Jungle provides a great opportunity for mums and dads, with prams and toddlers in tow, to get that first early morning coffee - Gurulife Coffee, enlightenment in every cup - every day of the week from 5.30am onwards until 11.30am. The Jungle reopens from Thursday to Sunday with their bar service and snack menu from 2.30pm until close of business. This caters to the late-night owls, the Cinderella hour of 12.00am being the cut-off time.
