According to this cookbook, these recipes are going to make you feel energetic and invigorated. They are going to make you feel lighter and brighter inside and out.

    Ingredients:

    Spinach, almonds, almond milk, strawberries, blueberries and frozen banana.

    Instructions:

    Blend!

  • Page 137 shows a list of what vegetables, fruits and pantry staples to buy.

    Examples include, sweet potato, protein powder and blueberries.

  • Phase 3

  • Page 181 shows what vegetables, fruits and pantry staples to buy.

    Examples include, jalapeno and green tea.

    Opinion

    As I do not own a juicer and only a blender, I thought that I could still juice with my blender. I thought wrong! I apologize. However, there are recipes for blenders too.

    Personally, the only recipe that I like is “Nuts For Greens” which I explained above.

    The ingredients in this cookbook are complicated and difficult to find in local grocery stores.

    I give this cookbook a 4-star rating.
