The Joyful Bellys is a Pop Up Wholefood Cart located in Ocean Street, Victor Harbor, just outside a health and wellness space known as The Joyful Buddhas.

The Joyful Bellys
It's worth a day trip to Victor just to visit. You can always walk along the esplanade, go for a swim or jump on the horse tram to Granite Island before or after but you
must get to The Joyful Bellys.

The Joyful Barry and Jayne
The cart/cafe was started about four months ago by two joyful, Goolwa locals, Jayne and Barry, who serve organic teas, coffee, raw hot chocolate, a variety of smoothies, raw vegan and vegeterian breakfasts and lunches as well as cakes and other sweet treats.

Summer fruits salad with home-made granola and coconut yoghurt
The majority of ingredients are sourced locally and prepared by Jayne, who chooses fresh, seasonal produce first and then decides what to make with it. According to Barry, Jayne looks at the weather forecast far more than her recipe file! Lunch on my first visit was zucchini fritters with a thai-style salad.

Chai Spiced Carrot Cake
Extra treats are sourced from 'Healthy Little Lady' in Adelaide.

Cakes and sweet treats
Barry makes astonishingly good coffee, no doubt helped by his choice of coffee beans from the De Groot roastery in nearby Port Elliot.
