Modern city designs with a splash of Island living
Melburnians - where are you headed this Labour Day long weekend? Is it to Phillip Island? Well if you are headed down that way to enjoy some fun in the sun along with some fairy penguin sighting, then why not swing by the pop-up boutique style Island Makers Market on the 11th of March between the hours of 9am – 2pm with FREE ENTRY!

This beautiful pop up design market will be back on the scene enticing the locals and the tourists with an array of quality stallholders showcasing their one of kind creations or local produce. It is the perfect market to attend if you are looking for stylish, unique and beautify brands to offer products with a city feel plus a splash of island living.

Available at the market will be plenty of fresh produce straight from the farm to you including berries, nuts, homemade jams, cupcakes and more as well as goodies with both vegan and gluten free options. The organisers of the market aims to bring about uniqueness at each even by mixing up and introducing you to new stallholders each time with a mixture of boho, vintage and modern designs for homeware, fashion, jewellery and of course, heaps of useful items for the kids from the many talented crafters, makers and artists.

Be sure to stop by rain or shine as the event is indoors at the YMCA, 10-14 Church Street, Cowes. A perfect even for a lazy afternoon with the family and friends. There will be live music playing while you shop or sit down for a bit to eat from the food trucks. It is even a dog-friendly market where dogs on leashes are permitted in the outdoor space.

With plenty of parking at the football club or side streets and free entry for the whole family, why not drop by and have a peek.
