There is a special magic to enjoying a bottle of wine in the great outdoors. Follow a meandering trail to a brilliant vista and delight in a brisk walk across the ridgeline. The confluence of beautiful natural environments and a unique selection of eclectic wines, coupled with delectable, light lunch provisions and stellar views sums up the Wine Hike Experience.

Sunday 1 October - Effervescent: Morialta Falls

Elegant, tongue-tingling, Sparkling wines will feature on this inspired climb to the crest of First Falls where we’ll picnic atop the smooth, reddish rocks in this awesome, ancient place. Additional, fresh & focused still wines will round out the tasting against the spectacular backdrop of cliff walls as we loop back past the impressive Second Falls.

Sunday 29 October - Spooky: Sunset Hike- 6PM Beaumont Loop

Fear no evil, as this early evening walk is short and relatively easy with only one big uphill push which provides worthwhile grand views of Mount Lofty and the CBD below as the colours of the sunset wash into the horizon. Wines inspired by Earth and Sky and Dionysian revelry! The wine theme is fun and devilishly delicious!

Sunday 12 November - Abundant: Wild Dog WalkWaite Conservation to Netherby Lookout

This hike is always a highlight for the fabulous, pristine natural environments in our own backyard. Start near an impressive historic quarry and soon find yourself sitting atop a rocky outcrop, complete with swings in the trees! Drink a dynamic dozen delicious drops with incredible City views. (Sorry, but no actual dogs allowed!)

A good level of fitness is required with average walk distances from 4-6 kilometres with some uphill trails

(Exception: Spooky hike starts at 6:00PM for a sublime evening experience.)
