When you get food this good, you know you will be back for more. George, the owner of The Hub 3070 makes you feel quite at home in this newly fitted out cafe/food store in Victoria St, Fairfield.

The shelves are stocked up with tea from the Yarra Valley, Coffee, Organic coconut milk, and other fair trade and ethical items. Shop for your essentials whilst making a huge difference to the planet, supporting sustainable brands and ethical businesses.

The Hub Cafe has a great play area for children at the back, with a mini kitchen, pots n pans, books and toys to keep your little ones occupied and engaged whilst catching up with friends or a mothers' group!

Luigi, the head Barista, makes the best ice coffee, lattes, short blacks, cappuccinos and any other coffee or teas you can think of. The cafe also has a liquor licence. So why not order a cocktail on a Friday afternoon?

I order my usual wet chai with soy milk and honey - you can smell the spices, it's infused to perfection. The Hub 3070 is a quickly becoming a local hot spot for breakfast and lunch. With friendly staff and delicious food prepared with fresh local produce, this cafe is definitely a hit!

A great atmosphere and relaxed vibe, I highly recommend their sliders. Being a vegetarian, George replaces the bacon with grilled halloumi. I'm so addicted to these, I can't stop at just one - so I order two up!

Looking forward to our next lunch date or choosing from their all-day breakfast menu. The hub caters for any food allergies as well! I can see this is becoming our regular hangout!
