Spring in Adelaide and South Australia seems to have a much warmer vibe this year, so it is unsurprising to see so many people flock to the Bay for a swim and a cheeky brew (or few).
One such place that has consistently drawn business in - particularly during days and evenings that are blessed with abundant sunshine - is The Holdy.
Running from the start of November 2019 to the end of February 2020, The Holdy will be hosting their Nauti sessions from 2pm onwards, where patrons can expect to enjoy enticing drink specials such as $7 Grey Goose (including Le Grand Fizz with elderflower and lime), $8 Spritz (Pink Gin and Aperol), and $6 Two Suns pints, along with nautical-related puns, delicious food and hot weather-appropriate cocktails that are bound to go down like a treat!
Nestled in a brilliant spot that makes it look cozy along a busy street and with a short stroll down to the beautiful beach, The Holdy's move to run their Sunday Sessions invites all their patrons to get nauti with them and set sail at their beautiful space that is decked out in a range of nautical-inspired accessories to make you feel like you're out at sea on a gorgeous sunny day. If you haven't been to The Holdy before, then you'll be pleased to note that their Sunday sessions are held in their airy and open area beer garden, which is decorated with timber-wood paneling and lush greenery that is complemented by seating that is ideal for small and big group outings, so you definitely want to look at gathering a bunch of your friends and loved ones together to kick off the Sunday festivities in style.
Of course, no day drinking sesh is complete without some fine tunes and that's exactly why patrons will be graced by the presence of live music, including these talented individuals who will be making an appearance on the following dates: November 10 and December 1: Audioporn on the decks and Simmsy on drums November 17: Seņor Sanchez
November 24 and December 15: DJ Souli December 8 and 22: Vocal and DJ duo Emza and DJ Ryley
The Holdy is located at 83 Brighton Road, Glenelg and will be kicking off their new Sunday Sessions from November 3, 2019 to February 23, 2020.
