The city meets the country at the Hills Rodeo family fun
One of the good things about the Hills Rodeo is that all of the action will also be on the big screen. So often at outdoor things such as this, spectators all clamour for the best position and nobody gets to see anything. But the organisers are promoting that all of the rodeo action will be live on the outdoor big screen, so it doesn't matter where you're standing, or whether you have children and just want to sit to the back of the crowd and relax, you'll still see everything.
The whole family will love watching the rodeo action to find out who will take out the winning prize with some of the toughest and top cowboys and cowgirls from all over Australia.
Although this is at the famous Eatons Hill Tavern, so there will be plenty of beverage fun to be had for those people who are that way inclined, this event is aimed towards families as well.
There will be roving entertainment, whip cracking, kid's rides, kid's entertainment and live entertainment.
And of course, it wouldn't be a rodeo without a cattleman's bar.
This is the ultimate Wild West experience in the suburbs! Plenty of country and western style food will available to purchase from vendors including Wood Fire Pizza, Taco Fiesta and Steak Sandwiches.
The fun starts at 2pm on 21 March 2015.
Tickets are $18.70 for adults and $13.60 for children (under 4 is free) and are available online. Family passes of 2 adults and 2 children are $51.55. If you pre-purchase from the venue tickets are cheaper as there's no online booking fee. The whole shindig is held at Eatons Hill Hotel And Function Centre, 646 South Pine Road, Eatons Hill. Tickets are also available at the gate but this event could sell out so check with the venue or their Facebook page if you're just going to chance your luck on the day.
