First published in 2015, The Happy Cookbookis a recipe book created by Australian Nutritionist Lola Berry.
With 130 gluten-free and sugar-free recipes, it is primarily a cookbook, supplemented with snippets of information on other health-related topics, such as food cravings, yoga, food choices, mental health, how to get better quality sleep, and natural beauty tips and tricks.
The recipes are based around nutrition-dense whole foods, and feature many of the popular 'superfoods', such as coconut oil, kale, quinoa and cacao powder. These ingredients, along with all the other essential ingredients are listed at the beginning of the book.
For those with a sweet tooth... On the front cover, it mentions that "All recipes are sugar-free and gluten-free". While the recipes don't contain any refined sugars, there are still quite a few sweet recipes which are sweetened using ingredients such as maple syrup, coconut sugar, honey, rice malt syrup and fruit. Some of the sweet recipes include:

Paleo chocolate ganache birthday cake (p. 179)
Choc mousse with berry sauce (p. 169)
Chocolate pancakes with healthy 'nutella' and fresh straws (p. 36)
The book is very bright and colourful, and the food styling and photography is fantastic, with the combined efforts of photographer Armelle Habib, Prop and Food Stylist Karina Duncan, and Food Preparation team Emma Christian and Emma Warren resulting in a very visually appealing book.
Overall, it's a beautiful book with a good range of healthy recipes, and recommended particularly for those following a gluten-free and/or refined-sugar-free diet.
