In The Girls' Spa Book: 20 Dreamy Ways to Relax and Feel Great, by Mary Wallace and Jessica Wallace, the authors go on to say that this book is filled with ways to de-stress and feel good about yourself. In the section on "The Spirit of Giving", you are able to find ways to be able to share with family and friends.
The beginning goes into detail about ingredients you can use, tools and containers, color and fragrance.
Page ten begins with the spa happiness! Everything from bath soaking salts to bath sizzlers, bubbly bath, shower gel, body scrub, bath powder, body lotion, lip gloss, hand cream, shampoo, hair rinse, face wash, foot scrub and candles.
Page forty-four talks about how you may make personalised labels for your products with a tutorial.
Page fifty demonstrates how to create cards for sharing your products.
Page fifty-eight discusses gift boxes and baskets for your creations. Thank your true friends and family for just being themselves. A wonderful way is to put together a gift basket of homemade spa goodies just for them.
Although this book is aimed at girls, I think any age may learn. To me, all tutorials are easy, except for the artwork. However, you may be artistic.
One may even begin a business after reading and learning from this book. Although, Wallace and Wallace are wanting one to de-stress, not be stressed.
