Refined dining at an everyday level
New alfresco bar The Garden has launched at Vine Double Bay just in time for Spring. The extension opened its doors on 7th September 2016 with a lush greenhouse theme aligned with executive chef Drew Bolton's organic inspired direction.
The original Vine entrance has been transformed into The Garden with gorgeous hanging planters, exposed whitewashed wood, copper pendant lighting and wicker furniture for you to relax and enjoy cocktails and canapes.
Mixologist Jason Crawley has designed a vodka and gin based cocktail menu, including refreshing aromatic gin brambles garnished with freeze-dried cherry blossoms.
Drew Bolton has designed the menu to suit his farm to table philosophy. You can expect a variety of delicious bites including fresh oysters with a butter based sauce and salmon roe, zucchini flowers filled with ricotta and porcini ketchup, cheeseburger sliders with pickles and secret house-made sauce. Alternatively, share one of their signature charcuterie boards with your friends.
