Are you far away from family? I know the feeling. Why not throw a “friendsgiving”?

Summary

“Delish Dumpling Sampler”
Cook 30 to 40 frozen dumplings (aka pierogies) according to directions, pour some soy sauce over them and serve! Serve an assortment of dumplings! Everything from chicken, shrimp, beef, vegetable, etc.!

My mother Rose has always loved Mrs. T’s pierogies. You can find them at most grocery stores in the frozen food section or here.

“Paul’s Veggie Skewers”
Marinade the veggies, place on a stick, air fry, voila!

“Stuff Your Face Spicy Mushrooms”
If you have a huge guest list, prepare more mushrooms than you think you are going to need! These babies go quickly! This recipe is easy to double or triple!

Opinion

The 3 dishes that I have highlighted are simple to prepare! The ingredients are easy to find and inexpensive also! You should support your local farmers' market.

I give this cookbook a 5-star rating!
