
Belair National Park
The Friends of Belair National Park will once again have their monthly guided nature walks this year. The walks are free and open to anyone interested in walking and learning about the fauna and flora of the park. They will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month and repeated the following Sunday from April to November. The schedule for 2022 is as follows:
April 12th & 17th
May 10th & 15th
June 14th & 19th
July 12th &17th
August 9th & 14th
September 13th &18th
October 11th & 16th
November 8th & 13th

Native orchid
The walk starts at 2pm and finishes around 4pm. Participants are asked to meet at the Green Shed next to the main oval at 1.45pm. Registration is not required. The guided walks are led by friendly and knowledgeable volunteers. You will learn a lot about the trees and native plants in the park. In the spring season, you will see many beautiful native orchids and wildflowers. You might like to bring your camera too.

Entry to the park is free for participants. Just let the Ticketing Officer at the entrance know that you are joining the walk.
