Hear all the classics!

There are lots of ways to hear the classics, and no matter what ways you hear them, they always sound incredible. But when you can hear them locally by some incredible music masters, you will really learn how to appreciate them more. Some of Vivaldi's music are things that you would recognise but there is more than just the most popular songs. You can learn a lot more about the beautiful classical music at this Four Seasons and Masterclass and for a very reasonable price.



The Four Seasons is a beautiful performance when created by an orchestra. It takes you through the wonderful seasons like poetry dancing on the wind. Find the warmth and heat of summer, the cold sharp rain of winter, the changing leaves of autumn and the fresh floral scents of spring. The seasons are portrayed incredibly in Vivaldi's work.

The performances will be led by the Artistic Director and violinist, Helen Kruger, and it will be more than just the Four Seasons on offer, there will also be music from the Baroque period including Bach, Handel, Telemann and other music by Vivaldi.

At the same time, if you are a musician yourself, you will get the chance to attend a Masterclass with the Australian Baroque. For children aged 12 and over who play an instrument at the Grade 5 level, then you're going to want to apply for free. Three local musicians will attend the masterclass and then it will be open to the community to come and listen in. Each musician will perform between 15 and 20 minutes all led by the director and violinist, Helen Kruger.

If you want to take part, it's only $15 to listen to the amazing musicians take part in the classical music performances. Book your tickets fast, they will sell out quickly. If you do get a ticket, then you're going to head to the Memorial Hall on Saturday, October 19th. The performances start at 7 pm and will be finished by 8 pm.
