Can't be. Wasn't it just New Years? Yes, term one's already ending. Paving the way for eagerly awaited Easter egg hunts, to thrill the little tackers. Nevertheless, chocolates devoured, backyards abandoned, school holidays can quickly deteriorate. Into cushion fights, screaming competitions - leaving eardrums buzzing, teeth firmly clenched. Interestingly, this very situation that spawned Star Wars. A younger George Lucas, fatigued, frazzled, slipped away to his loft. When a desire to be in "a galaxy far, far away" finally began to consume him (don't quote me on this).

Fast forward to 2016. Only a couple of months ago, when 'Episode VII The Force Awakens' sent the world into a frenzy. As Rey, Finn, Hansolo, Leia, zoomed onto the big screen. While the hysteria's fortunately died down, some now feeling empty. Twenty one months till Episode VIII, the only action comprising plot-leaks. Well, in case you're unaware, there is something on the horizon - May the Fourth (a la "May the force...") equals 'International Star Wars Day'. An official excuse to teleport to the Star Wars universe.

So, to recap: 1) boredom 2) lull, 3) upcoming celebration - which unfortunately falls on a school day. Yes, quite the conundrum, albeit the O'Brien Group have a solution. Rare opportunity to kill three birds with one laser blast - Star Wars Activity Zone . You no longer have to wear earmuffs, or pretend your desk's the Millennium cockpit. Now you can physically experience the Star Wars universe, and embody Lucas's lunacy - I mean, legacy. So come on down to the O'Brien Group Arena (2kms from the CBD), and commemorate the defeat of Star Killer Base.

Come skate around the First Order's ice planet, then head on over to the (near fully-operational) interactive Star Wars Activity Zone. The comprehensive Star Wars The Force Awakens program includes:
