Mental Health Week aims to raise awareness about mental health issues and promote social and emotional wellbeing in the community. To celebrate the week, Mental Health Coalition of South Australia will be holding The Festival of Now in Light Square on Friday the 13th of October 2017 between 10am and 3pm.

The festival brings the mental health community together each year. It showcases the creativity used in mental health and tries to break down the stigma surrounding mental health. There will be live music, performances and entertainment, arts and crafts, food, face painting, jumping castle, lucky dip, giant jenga and more.

If you happen to be in the city, then do drop by to show your support and join in the festivities. Entry is free.
