Head to Adelaide Hills on Saturday, 7 April 2018, from 12pm until 8pm, to be part of - a festival celebrating the harvest and showcasing produce from local vignerons and brewers. An array of dishes featuring local produce will be on offer from renowned chef Shannon Fleming.

Festival-goers are welcome to bring their own selection of food, picnic rugs and chairs. Spiegelau glasses will be on sale for $5 (own glassware is permitted but no BYO alcohol). Bringing cash currency is recommended, 'to avoid the disappointment of transient EFTPOS signals'.

The musical line-up includes Aidan Jazzy Jones; David Blumberg & the Maraby Band; Barbara Ganoush; Goyders Line; Abby Howlett; Junior Bowles; Naomi Keyte; Queen Porter Stomp; Techno Hobo; The Leroys and Uraidla Town Band.

This is a family and dog-friendly event, offering interactive activities and free entry for children 12yo and under (when accompanied by adult); dogs are allowed (must be under control and remain on a lead at all times). Plan ahead and purchase your tickets online at www.eventbrite.com.au at $40pp (plus booking fee) or try your luck at the gate, on the day, for $50pp [LINK=https://www.facebook.com/events/547754862268471/](stay up to date on the Festival at Basket Range's Facebook site

As this festival's focus is on largely alcoholic produce, there are options for booking return transport by bus, departing from the city at 11.15am and 1.30pm, from bus stop B1 (east side), near the intersection of East Terrace and Rundle Road - returning buses will depart from Basket Range Oval, between 7pm and 8.30pm (click here for more details on how to purchase return bus tickets) .
If you choose to drive, park in the main car park, at the corner of Range Road and Basket Range Road and either walk from there or take a shuttle bus to Basket Range Oval. Recommended route from the city is via Greenhill Road, straight to Uraidla, then veer left onto Basket Range Road.
