Everybody's FREE favourite group fitness classes - the Medibank Feel Good Program - return to South Bank Parklands from Monday 2 October until Saturday 2 December 2017. It's time to awake from your winter hibernation and get out in the fresh air with like minded fitsters for classes that range from cardio and bootcamp to active kids, dance and aqua.

All classes are FREE and led by qualified instructors from Goodlife Health Clubs, all ages and fitness levels are welcomed and there is no need to book. All you have to do is turn up and join in. It couldn't be simpler. The only recommendations are a towel and water bottle. You can bring your own yoga mat, or there is a limited supply of them available on a first come-first served basis. Check out the class timetable below to plan your workout. You can also download a PDF program here.
