Spring has sprung Medibank's Feel Good Program for 2017
Medibank's Feel Good Program returns this Spring for its second year to the beautiful location of Brisbane's South Bank lawns. Over two months, the gorgeous Little Stanley Lawns will play host to a variety of free fitness classes for people of all ages and all fitness levels.
The event will be held from Monday the 2nd of October until Saturday the 2nd of December in the picturesque South Bank Parklands. There will be a class for everyone to attend. If you're after high intensity, why not try out the Cardio or Boot-camp sessions. If you're after more of a gentle and relaxed workout - there will be Yoga, Pilates and Aqua classes to attend.
On Saturday mornings there will be multiple sessions running. Yoga classes will commence at 8am and run for 45 minutes. Medibank's Active Kids program will start at 9:30am finishing at 10:15am. It is a great program to get the kids outdoors and active this Spring all the while making friends and promoting a more positive body image. The third class on a Saturday will run at the same time as 'Active Kids' and is an aqua class designed to tone and cool you down at the same time in South Bank's 'Boat Pool'.
On Wednesday's; Boot-camp, cardio & 'Mums & Bubs' class sessions range from early morning into the evening. If you want to test your physical strength for this coming summer, Boot-camp starts at 6:45am and runs until 7:30am. These sessions are a perfect opportunity for those busy at work during the day to enjoy working out in a social and energetic setting. For new mums and their bubs - classes start at 9:30am until 10:15am. And if you're unable to make the early morning sessions, do not worry as their Cardio classes start at 5:45pm and run until 6:30pm.
For all the above classes and those not mentioned, you do not need to register for the event, just simply show up on the day with an exercise mat, towel, water bottle and a positive attitude!
