Did you make New Year resolutions for this coming year? To be fitter, healthier, thinner or happier? Or maybe to be the best version of you that you can be? Well the Medibank Feel Good Program can help you with all of these resolutions - for free. It features a mix of heart-pumping and Zen-building classes that will leave participants feeling sweaty, healthy and happy. The classes are designed for all fitness levels and no special equipment is required.
The Medibank Feel Good Program is a series of free fitness classes held at South Bank Parklands. Medibank's ever-popular free outdoor fitness program is on from 28 January to 30 March. Two whole months to get back into shape after the excesses of Christmas and the holidays. Bookings are not required, and there's a range of classes to suit any fitness level. All classes are held on the Little Stanley Street lawns, except for Aqua which is in the Boat Pool. For the first time, during this series of the Medibank Feel Good Program, there will be free wellness talks on various topics related to health and wellbeing. Wellness talks will be taking place from 10.00 am to 10:45 am on 23 February, 9 March and 23 March at South Bank.
Medibank Feel Good Program in a Nutshell When? 28 January to 30 March. See below for Timetable. Where? South Bank Parklands on the Little Stanley Street lawn and South Bank's Boat Pool (for Aqua class on Saturday morning). How Much? FREE (yay!) and no bookings are required. You just have to turn up at the appointed place at the times listed below in the Timetable. What? A series of free fitness classes including Yoga, Pilates, Mums and Bubs Pilates, Tai Chi, Energy, Bootcamp, and Aqua. What to Bring? Drinking water and a towel. It is recommended that you bring a mat for yoga if you have one.

Energy - Get down and sweaty with a high energy, metabolism racing workout.
Pilates Tone, stretch and strengthen your body.
Tai Chi - Find your inner Zen while lengthening muscles and strengthening joints.
Mums and Bubs Pilates - A specialised post-natal class to help rebuild strength, for mothers and their babies.
Aqua - Tone up and splash around in the refreshing water of South Bank's Boat Pool.
