How many times have you been along Adelaide's iconic shopping and entertainment precinct and wondered where you could eat or meet others? Somewhere entertaining that's a little different from run-of-the-mill cafes and eateries?

Well, we have a lovely surprise for you and it is tucked away just off Rundle Street on Cinema Place in the heart of Adelaide's East End. The Elephant British Pub (or 'The Elly' to regulars) prides itself on being an authentic British pub, serving 24 different beers in imperial pints, as well as wine, cider and spirits.

The Elephant British Pub - a real gem

Features:
Upstairs party/function room that is capable of hosting 150 people standing or 40 people sitting (unavailable after 9pm on Friday and Saturday night)
Serves lunch and dinner seven days a week, and includes reasonably priced entrees/starters, kids meals, separate lunch/dinner menus, sides and extras
No gaming machines on premises this was a highlight to us, being able to enjoy a nice meal in great company without hearing those infernal pokie machines in the background
Regular promotions including beer and spirit of the month, Happy Hour every Friday and Saturday nights, cheap jugs on Wednesday
Live sports shown via Fox Sports, including basketball, rugby, motorsports, golf, tennis, AFL and football, and lots more
Life entertainment/bands every Friday and Saturday night.

Coming Entertainment:
Saturday 15 March: Animal House
Friday 21 March: Kinetik
Saturday 22 March: McKenzie
