The Drawn Together Movie: The Movie! Is a rude, crude, NOT for kids, hilariously vulgar straight to DVD animated movie, which was made to conclude the Drawn Together animated mock reality television series that lasted three seasons.

The film starts off with the Drawn Together gang, getting up to their usual kooky antics in the Big Brotheresque house they have been living in throughout the series, when they discover their television show has been cancelled and they are set to be destroyed.

As a fan of the show, I found this film to be very amusing, with references to all sorts of great animated childhood characters, doing things I never thought I'd see them doing.

I also felt that the film ended the series off rather well, though it wasn't quite as good as the original television series, it still kept the pace rather well, with a somewhat melancholy ending.

I cannot stress enough that although this is an animated film, with some characters from kid's shows making "guest appearances" this is definitely not for children. This film is rated MA 15 and is chock full of course language, crude humour, sexual references and animated sex scenes and nudity.

The DVD has the option to watch the film in both 2-D and 3-D (The 3-D option only has certain scenes in 3-D & will tell you when to put the glasses on and off). If you do wish to take the 3-D option, I must warn you, the DVD does not come with 3-D glasses, but if you don't have any at home, you can go to the DVD extras menu where you will find out how to make your own out of card & cellophane.

This film was released on DVD by Comedy Central in 2011 and can be purchased by itself or as part the Drawn Together complete series DVD boxes.
