Visit Doctor Blake's home town of Ballarat
Some of "The Doctor Blake Mysteries" television series which screens on ABC is filmed in Ballarat, Victoria. From 1 May to 9 June, the Museum of Australian Democracy at Eureka (M.A.D.E) is featuring an exhibition celebrating the television show.

Come and experience 1950's Ballarat, you can view costumes worn by the leading characters, accessories and props from the series and historical images.

The exhibition is a gold coin donation after the entry cost into the museum.

There will be special events during Ballarat Heritage Weekend on 10 to 11 May including the vintage cars used in the series, a Doctor Blake Marathon featuring back-to-back episodes and children's activities. For this weekend, bus transfers will leave from the Mining Exchange on the hour from 11.00am until 4.00pm.

M.A.D.E. is opened from 10.00am to 5.00pm daily. The exhibition is on display from 1 May to 9 June.
