Located on the riverside at the Honeysuckle precinc of Newcastle. The Dockyard is great place to drop in to meet friends for a drink or something to eat.

There is always something to look at whether it be the passing walkers and cyclists or the Hunter River traffic. There is always a good atmosphere here and the staff are friendly and relaxed.

The menu has a wide range of well priced options plus daily blackboard specials. The kitchen does not have specific sittings for lunch and dinner so it is possible to grab something to eat whenever you drop in. As an added incentive there are cocktail of the week and happy hour specials.



Order and pay at the bar and the meals are brought out to you by the smiling staff. Grab a pizza for a shared entree whilst deciding on which of the many cocktails to have next.



The main meal items are always well cooked and tasty and in my opinion food always tastes better with a view and a healthy dose of fresh air.


Perfect but busy on warm Summer days is also a great Winter venue as you can sit in comfort watching the world get wet.
